Interested in updating your profile?
We have moved to a NEW online community! If you haven't logged in before, follow the steps below to log in for the first time. If you have already reset your password and logged in, you may log in now and update your profile. Be sure to upload a photo as well!
Step 1: Reset Your Password
On the password reset page, put the email address tied to your NAIFA profile in the box provided. IMPORTANT: Everyone has been assigned a new username in the new system. Your old NAIFA Member ID will NOT work as your username.
Step 2: Check Your Inbox for Link
Check your inbox for an email from email@example.com. The email may go to your junk email, spam folder or to your unfocused inbox if you are using the latest version of outlook, so check those places if you don't see it right away. Click the link or button in the email you received and create your new password.
Step 3: Login to the Community
Login to the community using your new password. Your username is your email address unless you have changed it to something else. If your email address is shared by many people in your office, you will need to contact NAIFA to obtain your username.
